# What’s wrong with this one? demo

> Click a delayed shipment and ask "What’s wrong with this one?". The agent has no tools at all: it answers from what the page sends with your message, and a panel shows you exactly what that is.

Pattern: Select then ask. Brand: Relay. Tags: embed, situational awareness, runtime events.

## What it shows

- **Situational awareness** as the agent’s only source: the view, the rows on screen and the selected shipment in full, sent with every message
- An agent with **no tools and no functions**, so every answer about the page comes from what the page chose to send
- A live **What the agent sees** panel that shows the record as it will be sent, and marks what changed since your last message
- The strip lights only when a turn that carried a selected shipment is answered (`run_started`, then `complete`), so a failed turn never lights it
