Get a specific dynamic component by name

Returns a single dynamic component by its name.

GET /api/v2/appuid/{appUid}/agents/uid/{agentUid}/dynamicComponents/name/{name}

Returns a single dynamic component by its name. Only accessible when SDK3 is enabled for the app.
