Mindset API Overview
The headless API is a powerful tool that allows developers to interact with the Mindset platform programmatically. It provides endpoints for uploading and managing content (files) and Contexts as well as managing Labels which are used to classify and organize the content.
ContextA Context is a collection of files that are related to a specific topic or subject. It allows you to group files together and manage them as a single entity.
Contexts API full description → Context FileA File is a document or piece of content that can be uploaded to the Mindset platform. Supported files are MP4, MP3 and PDF.
Context Files API full description → LabelA Label is a tag or category that can be applied to a file or Context. It allows you to classify and organize your content, making it easier to search and retrieve later.
Labels API full description → Agent SessionAn Agent Session is a programmatically provisioned access to a specific agent and its associated Knowledge Contexts. It allows you to create custom user access to agents based on your platform's permission system.
